<body background="image/back-gas2.gif" bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#333333" link="#333333" vlink="#333333"> <table width=640 align="center" border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0> <tr> <td> <div align="right"><h1>絵葉書資料館</h1></div> <h2>明治・大正・昭和初期の手彩色・からくり・すかし絵葉書</h2> 明治後期から大正、昭和のはじめにかけの国内外絵葉書を常設展示、また定期的に企画展を実施致します。ジャポニズムの時代、日本で私製絵葉書の使用が認められた1900年（明治33年）以降ユニークなデザインの絵葉書が数多く生まれた絵葉書文化の花が開きました。情報の少なかった当時、絵葉書専門店が各地に出来、交換会・展覧会・コンテスト等隆盛を極めました。浮世絵・鳥獣戯画・書文などの影響も受け、繊細な技により手彩色・木版など日本独特の小さな美術品を生み大正ロマンにつながっていきます。絵葉書は風景・風俗・文化を今に伝える物言わぬ歴史の証言者、温故知新、古き良き時代にタイムスリップし歴史の再発見をする事が出来ます。 <br> <h2>Guidance of Posatcard Museum</h2> This is a museum of the postcards owned by Time Roman. Domestic and overseas postcards from the latter period of Meiji era to Taisho and the biginning of Showa are exhibited. We hold special exhibitions regularly. In time of "Japonism", after the use of private postcards was admitted in 1900, a lot of unique designed postcards were made and postcard culture began to bloom. Postcard specialty stores were built in various parts of Japan and it was at the prosperous time of postcards that many exchange meetings,exhibition and contests were held. Influenced by Japanese traditional "Ukiyo-e pictures",birds-and-beasts caricature and writings,they became small works of art of Japanese own such as hand-colored and wood engraving with exquisite skill.It linked to Taisho Roman. Postcards are witness of history. They never speak but tell us scenery,manners and customsand culture.
