We exhibit the postcards by Japanese representative artists and the postcards that took the lead in modern design.
The Russo-Japanese War started a postcard boom, the postcards of great artistic value by artists were very popular and liked as small works of art.
This time,we exhibit about 300 postcards of Japanese painting,Western painting and Japanese original Art-Deco-style design as pioneer of modern design.
In regular exhibition,we have hand-colored postcards of scenery and manners and customs,foreign art postcards and a special corner of watermark postcards.
Since this special exhibition is a good opportunity to know the deep relationship between artists and postcards,we hope a lot of people to come and see.
